Medium frequency heating system
The intermediate frequency heating system mainly heated the rotary part of the end of the pipe to the forging temperature (less than 1250ºC) to facilitate the metal flow and plastic deformation. The working principle of medium-frequency heating system is one of the practical applications of electromagnetic induction law.The system uses the induction coil as a primary coil and the steel pipe in the furnace as a secondary coil.When the induction coil on the alternating magnetic flux, most of the flux chain with the steel pipe in the furnace, so the induction potential in the steel pipe, and because the steel pipe is a conductor and closed circuit, under the action of the induction current I, and due to the current surface effect and steel pipe resistance R, so produce a large number of joule heat, so that the furnace heating. The medium frequency heating system is mainly composed of heating furnace body and medium frequency power supply cabinet.
