Equipped with automatic sheet splitting system, double sheet inspection system; containing steel plate forklift roller pallet, vacuum suction cup loading; sheet feeding method adopts the suction cup conveyor frame overall equidistant conveying, after placed on the conveyor rollers, it enters into the roll round machine.
The three-roll rounding mechanism is automatically adjusted, and the diameter of rounding is Φ560-Φ575mm; the weld seam is flat and burr-free; the maximum peak current of current controller is 1200A-1600A, and the warranty period shall not be less than 800,000 barrels or 1 year; the AC seam welding transformer is 500KVA, and the warranty period shall not be less than 800,000 barrels or 1 year; the insulation level of welder is class F; the service life of weld wheel shall not be less than 180,000 barrels.
