Strong anti-corrosion, extending cylinder life: The zinc coating reacts with corrosive media preferentially, preventing rust on the cylinder base material and significantly extending the cylinder's service life (usually 8-15 years).
High adhesion and stability of zinc coating: Through professional spraying technology, the zinc coating bonds tightly with the cylinder's outer wall (adhesion ≥5MPa), not easy to peel off, and maintains protective effect for a long time.
Facilitates subsequent processing, enhancing protection: The zinc coating improves the bonding force between the subsequent topcoat and the cylinder surface, enabling a "zinc coating + topcoat" double protection to upgrade the overall anti-corrosion level.
