(1) Equipment usage, working principle and characteristics

The external test method hydraulic test line is used to test the residual deformation rate of gas cylinders. The cylinder is placed inside a water jacket and pressurized by a high-pressure pump.

The whole test process is computer-controlled, including pressurizing, pressure holding, pressure relief, data collection, and automatic calculation of residual deformation rate. Test data and curves can be stored.

The line can include weighing, water filling, testing, loading and unloading, water draining, and drying. It is equipped with a flexible guide rail conveyor and electric hoist for easy cylinder handling.

The equipment is designed according to GB/T 9251-2011 and DOT standards, suitable for CNG cylinders and seamless gas cylinders.
