3.Feeding one by one Type Hydrostatic Pressure Testing Machine
The machine is feeding one by one type, different sizes of cylinders can be shared,The conveying device of this equipment adopts a powered roller conveyor line, and the supporting power adopts a 1.5kW reduction motor. The conveying speed of the cylinder is about 9m/min.
A cylinder inlet blocker is installed at the front end (cylinder inlet end) of the conveying device, and a working position cylinder blocker is installed at the rear end (bottle outlet end, inside the test device). When the blocking cylinder is lifted, the cylinder can be blocked; when the blocking cylinder is reset, the cylinder can be released for conveying.
4.Flat Type Hydrostatic Pressure Testing Machine
1. The equipment is controlled by PLC programming, and the test process is automated. During the whole test, the cylinder under test is positioned and pressed once, and the cylinder filling, water pressure test and drainage process are completed in sequence.
2. During the water pressure test, the test data is automatically collected throughout the whole process, and the time-pressure curve is drawn in real time to monitor the test process.
3. The test data (including cylinder information, test time, test pressure, pressure holding time, etc.) is automatically saved for reference.
