Product Description
Flow Process: The cylinder enters the flaw detection position through the raised forward roller conveyor - the forward roller conveyor falls - the cylinder falls onto the rotating roller - the cylinder starts to rotate - the 1# and 2# probe racks fall - the feed servo motor drives the probe rack to move - the flaw detection starts - the probe rack moves to the left - the probe rack rises and returns to the right - the forward roller conveyor rises - the forward roller conveyor rotates - the cylinder moves out of the flaw detection position - the next bottle enters the forward roller conveyor - the cycle starts.
(2) The coupling method is water spray.
(3) The workpiece rotation is controlled by a servo motor. (4) The probe is driven by a servo motor to feed along the axial direction. The interpolation movement is controlled by programming to achieve 15% repeated coverage.
