1. Q37 Hook Type Shot Blasting Machine

1. It is suitable for surface cleaning or strengthening of castings, forgings, welded parts and heat-treated parts of various varieties, large, medium and small batches. It is divided into two main forms: single hook type and double hook type.
2. The chamber adopts a fully enclosed structure, special wear-resistant alloy cast iron guard plate, and no projectile splashing phenomenon.
3. The electric hoist is used to realize the loading, unloading, lifting and walking of the workpiece; the self-rotation device is used to realize the forward and reverse rotation of the workpiece in the shot blasting chamber.
4. Automatic or manual control is optional.
5. It has the characteristics of no pit, compact structure and high productivity.

Q: What is a shot blast machine?
A: A shot blaster is a machine that controls the flow or stream of fine metal beads as they are forcibly projected against a surface by mechanical acceleration.

Q: What material is used for shot blasting?
A: Types of metal abrasives used in shot blasting include steel grit, copper shots, and aluminum pellets. Other methods of shot blasting use silica sand, glass beads, synthetic materials like sodium bicarbonate (baking soda), and even agricultural materials like crushed kernels.

Q: Will shot blasting remove rust?
A: Shot blasting is the process of abrading the surface of a metal workpiece to remove rust, dirt and other solidified contaminants by hurling a high speed stream of tiny pieces of stainless steel that resemble buckshot. It is capable of deburring, shaping and texturing a surface.

Q: What is the difference between sandblasting and shot blasting?
