2.Description
The welding main machine adopts C-type structure, the workpiece advances forward and forward, and the clamp is pressed by the piano key or the cylinder type pressing plate, the workpiece is fixed, and the welding torch walks the straight seam welding;
The feeding and discharging of the equipment adopts hydraulic trolley lifting or electric lifting, artificial auxiliary form, and the welding process is automatic;
According to the welding process of the workpiece, TIG process, MIG process, PAW process, PAW+TIG process, etc. can be selected;
Optional configurations include TV monitoring systems, weld trackers, arc length tracking devices, TIG (or PAW) wire fillers, weld centering devices, welding shakers, work platforms, and more.
3.Characters
(1)The equipment is fully automatic; the cylinder and the front and rear heads are automatically transported separately; the front and rear heads are respectively loaded and loaded by the air manipulator;
(2)The head is automatically press-fitted, automatically scans the weld position and automatically compensates, the workpiece is rotated and positioned, and multiple shots are simultaneously fixed by TIG;
(3)After the cylinder body-front and rear head sets are fixed, they are automatically transferred backwards to the automatic circumferential seam welder for automatic welding of double-ring seams.
