Product Description
These LPG carousel filling plants are particularly used for filling systems with a higher filling capacity. The cylinder conveyance to one of the max. 24 filling scales on a closed circular platform as well as the transport to the testing and control systems is carried out automatically using a chain conveyor with pneumatic auxiliary equipment. The continuous adjustment of the rotational speed of the platform allows the adaptation to the size of cylinders to be filled.

1. System equipment: The complete system consists of a cylinder cleaning system, an empty cylinder checking system, a cylinder redirection system, a 14-station turntable filling line (12 scales), a heavy cylinder checking system, a high-precision electronic leak detection system, and a cylinder code Bottle system and endless chain conveyor line set.
2. Operation process: unloading of steel cylinders to the chain → empty bottle inspection → automatic cleaning of steel cylinders → automatic loading of bottles to the turntable by the bottle loading system → filling with electronic scales on the turntable → automatic unloading of the gun after filling → hooking bottles to the chain by the bottle unloading system → reloading Bottle inspection→electronic leak detection→automatic bottle coding→loading
Automatic cylinder cleaning system
The whole system consists of cylinder pre-spraying system, cylinder body cleaning system, shield inner cleaning system, water tank and water circulation system, clean water cleaning system, and air drying system. Its operation process is as follows: the steel cylinder is transported to the pre-spray system through the chain, and the system automatically sprays the washing liquid onto the cylinder body to soften the stain on the cylinder. Then enter the cylinder body cleaning system, the bottle holding device rotates the cylinder, and at the same time the brush runs automatically to clean the cylinder body. Then adjust the direction of the steel cylinder, enter the cleaning station in the shield, and clean the inner part of the shield by the brush of the cleaning system in the shield. (If the environmental protection requirements are strict, a sewage treatment system can be installed)
Empty cyliner automatic weighing system (pre-filling inspection 1)
The light cylinder enters the light cylinder inspection system, triggers the weighing and lifting system to lift the cylinder, and obtains the weight of the cylinder. At the same time, the bottle stop mechanism blocks the next cylinder to be checked. If the detected weight of the cylinder is within the set range, the cylinder is normal. Through the chain to the next station; if the cylinder is overweight or ultralight, the system will automatically activate the bottle pushing mechanism to push the overweight or ultralight cylinder to the discharge roller table.
Cylinder direction adjustment + automatic code scanning system (pre-filling inspection 2)
After the steel cylinder enters the steering system, the bottle stop mechanism blocks the entry of the next cylinder, and the cylinder steering machine starts the cylinder rotation, and the two-dimensional code reader automatically recognizes the two-dimensional code on the cylinder, and judges whether the cylinder is within the filling validity period. At the same time, the video captures the image of the steel cylinder for AI artificial intelligence recognition, judges whether the appearance of the steel cylinder meets the filling requirements, and adjusts the opening direction of the steel cylinder to the same direction, so that it is convenient for the inflator to clamp the gun and improve work efficiency.
Turntable automatic filling system
The steel cylinder is automatically pushed onto the weighing platform of the rotary scale by the bottle loading mechanism, the bottle holder automatically holds the bottle, the manipulator automatically drops to open the angle valve of the steel cylinder, and the electronic scale automatically fills. When the filling reaches the set weight, the electronic scale closes the valve and alarms. The manipulator drops and automatically closes the angle valve of the steel cylinder (automatic gun removal and filling gun is optional), and the bottle unloading mechanism hooks the filled cylinder into the chain conveyor line (bottles that are not filled or have no gun taken out will not be activated by the bottle unloading device to drag them out cylinders for safety). (Optional 12KG and 15KG bottle adaptive mixed filling)
Heavy bottle automatic weighing system (recheck after filling)
The heavy cylinder enters the weight checking system, triggers the weighing and lifting system to lift the cylinder, and obtains the weight of the cylinder. At the same time, the bottle stop mechanism blocks the next cylinder to be checked. If the detected weight of the cylinder is within the set range, the cylinder passes through the chain normally. Go to the next station; if the steel cylinder is overfilled or underfilled, the system will automatically start the bottle pushing mechanism to push the overfilled or underfilled steel cylinder to the discharge roller table.
High-precision electronic leak detection system
When the filled steel cylinder enters the electronic leak detector, the cylinder holding mechanism will position the cylinder, and the leak detection cover will automatically fall down for gas leakage detection. If no gas leakage is detected, the cylinder will pass through the chain conveying line to the next station normally; if detected When there is a leak, the display screen will prompt the gas leak in text, and at the same time sound and light alarm. And start the bottle pushing mechanism to push the leaked steel cylinders out of the conveying line to the discharge roller table, and then carry out manual processing. The whole process is completed automatically, and there is no need to arrange special personnel to take care of it.
Automatic Cylinder Stacking System
When the steel cylinder enters the stacking system, the cylinder holding mechanism will position the cylinder, and at the same time start the lifting system to lift the cylinder to the set position. When the second cylinder enters the designated position, the first cylinder will slowly fall and be stacked on top of the second cylinder, realizing Steel cylinders are palletized in two layers, which is convenient for loading and transportation.
