1. Introduction
The cylinder trimming and cleaning machine adopts pneumatic positioning to tighten, the shell rotates automatically, the aligning hob automatically feeds and cuts, and the welding groove is formed naturally with the hob cutting. The bevel angle is adjustable and connected to the production line, which can realize automatic feeding in and out of the shell. a. Trimming machine
This high efficient machine adopts air-jacket-clamping, automatic feeding and trimming cut by inclining hob. The width and slop around the edge of shell in adjustable. This machine is designed for removing the burrs by polishing the inner and outer wall of the top and
bottom shell at their welding-joint-area.

This machine is used for Auto.double-head TIG circumferential welding of Duta-Cyi and LNG inner cylinder.
