Our LPG Cylinder Screen Printing Machine is specially designed for high-quality and efficient printing on liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) cylinders. The machine adopts advanced screen printing technology, ensuring clear, durable, and uniform printing on curved metal surfaces. It is suitable for printing brand logos, safety warnings, and regulatory information directly onto cylinders of different sizes.

Auto type

This fully automatic cylinder printer is designed for double-sided printing on cylinders.
This equipment offers the following features and performance:
1. Its in-line design allows for easy integration with upstream and downstream logistics conveying equipment, enabling automated cylinder transportation.
2. The screen printing plate can be easily replaced, allowing for easy modification of printed content.
3. By changing the printing plate, this equipment can achieve up to four-color printing in different areas.
4. This equipment utilizes PLC integrated control for fully automated, unmanned operation. A touchscreen interface serves as the human-machine interface, allowing for adjustment of operating parameters.
5. The machine can easily switch between single-sided and double-sided printing by adjusting operating parameters.
6. This equipment offers fully automated, unmanned operation, low cost, and high efficiency.
