The equipment of this project is mainly used for the production of IBC tote frame. The production process includes welding from the galvanized pipe to the frame mesh, bending of the outer frame, butt riveting of both ends of the bent mesh frame, flattening and punching at the connection between the bottom pipe of the mesh frame and the bottom plate, and partly using steel feet The bottom bracket steel foot as the bottom bracket is welded.

II Bending machine
The equipment consists of a frame and four sets of bending systems. The two sets on the left are the same, and the two sets on the right are also the same. The two sets on the left and the two sets on the right are arranged symmetrically. Back and forth, left and right, and up and down movements, combined with the bending cylinder to push the turning and bending mechanism to rotate to realize the bending of the mesh. First, two groups of bending on the outside of the frame, followed by two groups of bending on the inside of the frame, are folded into a rectangular metal frame .

III Mortise lock machine
It is composed of frame, feeding assembly, positioning assembly, docking assembly, locking assembly, etc. The feeding assembly transports the folded IBC tote to the docking lock position. After the docking lock is completed, the feeding assembly transports the IBC tote to the initial position.

IV.Flattening punching machine
It is composed of frame, positioning assembly, straight edge punching assembly, round corner punching assembly, water outlet punching assembly, etc. The positioning assembly accurately locates, clamps and docks the locked IBC tonneau; after the positioning is completed, the foot is punched. The punching assembly can adjust the position to ensure the accuracy of the hole position.
