1. Before the equipment is installed, the installation layout of steel drum production line should be planned as a whole, and the fixing bolts should be embedded according to the following equipment foundation diagram (if not embedded, expansion bolts can be used for drilling).
2. Pass the wire rope (with a carrying capacity bigger than 5000 kg) into the lifting hole of the equipment or use a forklift to transfer (shovel) the equipment then adjust the equipment installation center, and ensure that the relevant equipment center of the entire production line is within the tolerance range. And ensure that the verticality of the center line of this equipment is within the tolerance range of ±5mm/m.
3. Place the level meter on the equipment guide rail and adjust the adjustment screws to ensure that the equipment is level within the tolerance range of ±1mm/m.
4. Drill through the expansion bolts and tighten them.
5. Adjust hydraulic cylinder stroke according to product size.
Machine commissioning
1. Turn on the power, open the touch screen, set the "Manual/Auto" switch to "Manual" and click the "Manual" page of the touch screen.
2. Click "Pump" to start the hydraulic pump
3. Press the "left/right trolley" button to move the trolley into place, and adjust the distance between the two discs (generally 5-6 shorter than the length of the barrel ring) and the distance between the baffles on both sides according to the length of the barrel ring sent from the front. (generally 5 to 6 longer than the length of the barrel ring.)
4. Press the "Left/Right Cam Forward/Reverse" button, and move the "1-channel/2-channel seaming wheel" to the lowest position to adjust the distance between the seaming wheel and the large plate.
5. After the adjustment is completed, long press the "Left/Right Cam Forward/Reverse" button after setting the cam position, then press the "Left/Right Trolley" to retreat to the position.
6. Position adjustment of seaming wheel.
Loosen the locking screw first, turn the adjusting screw clockwise to lower the seaming wheel, counterclockwise to raise the seaming wheel, and then tighten the locking screw after the adjustment.
PLC program control of the feed mechanism of the seaming wheel and touch screen control of the man-machine dialogue of the feed parameters. The operator can effectively adjust the seaming process according to the actual operating state, which can make the curling structure more reasonable. At the same time, when steel drum is switched, the position of the seaming wheel is adjusted more efficiently, and the equipment efficiency is greatly improved.
