We can supply CNG Cylinder continuous W.B type Heat treatment line (Hardening-Quenching-Tempering) from Capacity 1 T/Hr to 6 T/Hr. The Furnace could be Gas/Electrical fired with charging/discharging facility and complete automatic temp. as well as sequence control.
Feature
1.Three shifts per day, one shift is 8 hours. Working days will be 250 in one year.
2.Production rate: 60pieces /h, or design as your needs.
3.Hardening Furnace Rated Temperature: ≤950ºC, or design as your needs.
4.Heating Zone: 6zones (pre heating: 1 zone, heating: 4 zones, soaking: 1 zone),temperature of each zone is separately controlled.
5.Tempering Furnace Rated Temperature: ≤680ºC , or design as your needs.
