Automatic longtitudinal seam welder

 For high productivity seam welding of cylinders,using MIG,or MAG processes.
The part loading tooling can be rapidly changed to accommodate different part diameters.

The automatic centering device,part hold down blade,finger banks,and part loading cylinders are sequenced through a PLC (programmable logic control) and interfaced to the included system control.

The side beam track is fitted with hardened round ways for smooth precise travel.

The carriage uses hardened bearings and a precision DC motor with tachgenetator feedback.

Linear style drive for the carriage is standard.

Various speed ranges and speed holding accuracie are available.

Copper backing bars and reversible copper finger tips are standard.
