The whole system consists of a cylinder pre-spraying system, a cylinder body cleaning system, a shield cleaning system, a water tank and water circulation system, a clean water cleaning system, and an air drying system. The operation process is as follows: the cylinder is transported to the pre-spraying system through a chain, and the system automatically sprays detergent onto the cylinder body to soften the stains on the cylinder. Then it enters the cylinder body cleaning system, the bottle holding device rotates the cylinder, and the brush automatically runs to clean the bottle body. Then the cylinder is adjusted and enters the shield cleaning station, and the brush of the shield cleaning system cleans the inner part of the shield. (If the environmental protection requirements are strict, a sewage treatment system can be installed)
