 Dished Tank Head/End Manufacturing Machine

This head spinning machine is primarily designed for spinning, flanging, and shaping metal heads. It utilizes a C-frame spinning structure. It's also suitable for spinning other thicker metals, such as those used in large fans and lighting fixtures, and for spinning and shaping metal cylinders.

Forming Process

A circular sheet is cut into a circular shape (using laser cutting or plasma cutting). The disc is then placed under the punch of a drum press, where it is punched multiple times, distributed across the entire surface, to form the disc.
