1. Introduction

The cylinder trimming and cleaning  machine adopts pneumatic positioning to tighten, the shell rotates automatically, the aligning hob automatically feeds and cuts, and the welding groove is formed naturally with the hob cutting. The bevel angle is adjustable and connected to the production line, which can realize automatic feeding in and out of the shell. This machine integrates machine, electricity, gas, and has a reasonable structure, reliable performance, simple and convenient operation, and high production efficiency.

a. Trimming machine
This high efficient machine adopts air-jacket-clamping, automatic feeding and trimming cut by inclining hob. The width and slop around the edge of shell in adjustable. This wondering machine is reliable, easy to operate and in automatically feed-in and out when connected to conveyed of the production line


b. Joggling Machine
This machine is designed for removing the burrs by polishing the inner and outer wall of the top and
bottom shell at their welding-joint-area.


c. Polishing Machine
This machine is used for Auto.double-head TIG circumferential welding of Duta-Cyi and LNG inner cylinder.
