1.1 Equipment Function
The purpose of the pre-curling machine is to roll the edges of the barrel cover and the bottom of the barrel, so that the barrel body, the barrel cover and the bottom can be effectively locked during the curling and sealing.
1.2 Working Process
The machine has an angled base. Tracks are installed at both ends of the base, and the material slides in and out after curling by its own gravity. In the middle of it, there is a lifting platform with a chuck, which is driven up and down by the cylinder at the bottom. When the material reaches the middle, the lifting platform sends the material to the upper structure and the driving part. The upper structure consists of a driving chuck, a pre-rolling wheel, and a glue gun. The driving chuck is driven by the main motor through a V-belt, the pre-rolling wheel is driven by the cylinder, and the glue gun adds the sealant to the curling during the curling process, eliminating the time and manpower of secondary processing.
1.3 Technical Advantages
The surface of the track for feeding and discharging materials of this machine is chrome-plated to ensure smoothness, so that the material can slide in and out smoothly and is not easy to damage the surface of the material. The pre-rolling wheel is made of hard material, the R groove of the curling edge is processed by CNC lathe to ensure the curling quality, and the wheel is vacuum quenched to ensure the hardness. The whole process is monitored and controlled by imported PLC, without manual secondary operation. The sensors used have the characteristics of high precision, fast response speed and long life to ensure the long-term stable operation of the equipment.
