1. This equipment is a special equipment for fully automatic touch screen NC wiping the outer wall of the steel barrel.
2. This equipment is parallel to the front end of the painting line for the treatment of dust, dirt and oil stains on the outer wall surface of the steel barrel and the end faces of the upper and lower bottom covers.
3. According to the working rhythm of the painting production line, the equipment can set the working time at will to meet the rhythm of various production lines.
4. The greatest advantage of this equipment is that there is no bump or scratch in the whole process of wiping. Profiling wiping can effectively remove the dust and oil dirt in the dead corners of steel barrel ring reinforcement, W reinforcement and crimping triangle area. The bottom and cover of the barrel shall be wiped without leaving any core or sun.
5. The working speed of the equipment can be set at will according to your needs.

The parallel operation of this equipment can realize automatic feeding, automatic wiping, automatic collection and release of cloth rolls, automatic sending out of the station, and automatic entry into the painting line from the vertical position on the vertical conveying roller table of the steel barrel. The working time of each time period can be set independently, the collection and release time interval can be set independently, and the collection and release of cloth rolls can be disassembled quickly. During the wiping process, the dust can be automatically blown away. Realize all automation and programming.
