This production line is specially used for LPG cylinder automatic and continuous circumferential welding after assembly of upper shell and lower shell. It adopts automatic circumferential welding machine, magnetic suction loading arms device, three-station feeding mechanism. This kind of devices can complete the workpiece loading and unloading action automatically to achieve high efficient, safe interlocking, coordination and linkage. This line including: 3 sets of circumferential welding machine, 3 sets of vertical assembly & spot welding machine. Completed with one inlet conveyor line and one outlet conveyor line, 3 sets of magnetic loading arms, 3 sets of three-station automatic feeding dece, self discharging roller, pneumatic stop mechanism, pneumatic cutting mechanism, therminal limit stop. It adopts magnetic loading arms to catch workpiece and feed workpiece automatically. It adopts three-station automatic feeding device to collect workpiece, load and unload workpiece, cooperated with self discharge roller to convey the welding finished workpiece on the outlet line, and send out the finished workpiece. Auxiliary machine is controlled by automatic circumferential welding machine.

We paid about 2 million for Patent of YD500GS Panasonic welding machines, they can not sell to anybody else in China. The reason why we paid big money is that these machines will reduce spatter while welding, which you can compare with other machines.Meanwhile, our welding torch have safety mask during welding and it equipped with smoke absorber.

3.Are you worried about higher and higher power/electricity cost? SAW welding method needs to weld 2 pass/circles for each cylinder.Our MIG welding machine only needs to weld 1 pass for each cylinder.MIG welding machine saves 40% electricity than SAW welding.

4.Are you worried about higher and higher raw material cost? Our MIG welding machine use 1.2mm welding wire, while 2.4mm diameter welding wire is must for SAW welding. You will save 40% raw material cost if you use our MIG welding machine.

5.Do you want to get higher productivity? The welding speed of our MIG circumferential seam welding machine is only 60~68s including loading and unloading time.Our machine productivity is 1000pcs/8hrs/3 sets welding machine.

6.Do you want to get perfect welding quality? Our welding machines are equipped with the laser and video tracking during whole welding progress, you can see the welding progress clearly, so that the welding torch can be tracked in the center of welding area, the tolerance can be controlled within 0.01mm for all directions. Thus the welding quality can be guaranteed.The welding source we use is Panasonic Welding Machine which is specially designed for us. 

Although it's one-pass welding, the welds quality can be guaranteed, we haven't got any complaint about the welds quality from our clients yet. In China, one cylinder will be selected from each batch randomly to do X-ray testing and the burst testing.I believe these tests will be done in your country as well.

Shot Blasting Machine
Our shot blasting machine is especially made for gas cylinder. Using the high speed shot to hit the surface of the cylinder, so that to clean the oxide-scale and make the cylinder surface silver gray and remove the inner stress of the cylinder, improve the surface adhesive force. Meanwhile, we will increase the compressive pre-stress through shot blasting to improve rigidity.

 

Hydro Testing Machine
Tested with compressed air and pressured water. Air and water are applied with high pressure inside of the cylinders to check whether they have leakage or not.
