Marking:

2. Rotation letter wheel diameter is 550mm, and the letter will be made on one line which can includes 200 leters wuthout the blank.
3. Marking requirement:
- Marking 1-3 lines, 180°
- The machine can change the line and positioning automatically.
- Marking letter height 5-7mm, depth 0.3-0.7mm, uniform depth
- After marking, excpet the stamped letters, the other place won't apprea the indentation.
- The cylinder serial no, weight and volume needed to be manually inserted, the machine adopts the overall roll marking, which can make the marking effect clear and consistent.
- Letter mould: Lifetime (normalizing cylinder) 4000~6000 cylinders/pcs; Lifetime (quenching and tempering cylinder) 2500~4000 cylinders/pcs.
- Rotation letter wheel speed: 0-2.5 RPM.
Electrical control
- PLC control system adpots Mitsubishi brand, Touch screen is DELTA brand. The machine can achieve automatic positioning, position value slot can also be entered through the keyboard, can achieve automatic counting during the mass porduciton.
- Electronic encoder automatic detection - signal transmission - automatic editing, detection accuracy is ±0 .25mm, print leading deviation within 3mm.
- Power is three phases five wires, 380V, 50Hz
- Machine total power: 15KW
Hydraulic system
- The hydraulic system is a dual pump dual hydraulic system (plunger pump and gear pump), and two pumps can run independently
- Plunger pump serves for rotation letter wheel hydraulic motor. The rated pressure is 32Mpa and the adjustment pressure is 16 to 24Mpa.
- Gear pump serves for transport, clamping cylinders, rotation letter wheel straight-line moving cylinders, rated pressure of 10Mpa, adjust pressure of 3.5Mpa .
- Hydraulic station tank volume of about 800 liters, hydraulic oil is 46# or 68#; Hydaulic station equips with coiled type copper tube heat exchanger, working temp. <55°C
Mechanical
- The machine body adopts welded steel plate, which requires good rigidity and stability, the machine body weight is about 7 tons (excluding hydraulic system and loading and unloading system).
- Electronic encoder accurate the front positioning, rear positioning is realized by the screw drive.
- The cylinder loading and unloading is manually.
- During the machine operation, the cylinder supporting roller can move up and down, in order to protect the cylinder body won't be scratched.
