Machine Details

I.Embossing
1.Embossing production beat (including loading and unloading time):
A. First row of 70-90 pcs/hour
B. Second row 50~70 pcs/hour
C. Three rows of 35~45 pcs/hour
D. Four rows of 30-40 pcs/hour
2.The diameter of WORD rolling wheel is 650mm. The word code is arranged in a row. 200 characters can be arranged without spaces.
3. Stamping requirements:
A. Number of stamping line: 1-4 lines
B. Stamping machine can automatically line wrapping and automatically positioning.
C. The height of the typing is 6-12mm, the depth is 0.4-0.6mm; and typing uniform depth.
D. Except for the effective stamping characters after coding, there should be no obvious indentation in other parts (Subject to elimination after normal production)
E. The first three digits (fixed content) of the serial number of the cylinder body are printed by the machine, and the last three digits are manually inserted. II.Electrical control
1. Mitsubishi system PLC control, LED display, can realize automatic positioning, position value can also be input through the keyboard, can realize automatic counting of class output.
2. Electronic encoder automatic detection-signal transmission-automatic editing, the detection accuracy is ±0.25mm (circumferential and radial), and the deviation of stamping line spacing is within 3mm.
3. The power supply is three-phase five-wire system, 415V, 50HZ.
4. The total power of the equipment is about 15KW.

III.Hydraulic System
1.Hydraulic system is a two-pump dual hydraulic system (piston pump and gear pump), and the two pumps can operate independently.
2. The plunger pump serves the roller hydraulic motor. The rated pressure is 32Mpa, and the adjusted pressure is 16~24Mpa.
3. Gear pumps serve for conveying, clamping cylinders, roller linear motion cylinders, etc. The rated pressure is 10Mpa, and the adjustment pressure is 3.5Mpa.
4.The capacity of the oil tank of the hydraulic station is about 800 liters, and the hydraulic oil is 46# or 68# (change according to the season); the hydraulic station is equipped with a copper tube coiled heat exchanger (in the oil pipe and outside the water pipe), and the working temperature is ≤55ºC; The temperature of the circulating water is ≤30ºC, the circulating water pressure provided by buyer is 2.5-4bar, and the diameter of the circulating water pipeline is 1 inch.

IV.Machinery
1. The fuselage is a steel plate welded structure, which requires good rigidity and stability. The fuselage weighs about 8 tons (excluding hydraulic system and loading and unloading systems).
2. The bottle body is positioned at the front, the electronic encoder is positioned accurately, the rear is positioned with a screw drive, and the rear cylinder pushes the front. The sliding seat moves back and forth on the guide rail.
3. The sliding seat moves back and forth on the guide rail, with automatic loading and unloading functions.
4. The production of cylinder with different diameters can be achieved by adjusting the center distance of the cylinder supporting rollers and the height of the roller base.
5. The rollers installed on the cylinder tray can move back and forth. When the workpiece is used for typing, the rollers of the cylinder tray can move up and down to protect the bottle from scratches on the workpiece.
6. By adding a stepping motor and pneumatic jaws, the positioning between rows and columns of the stencil printing machine in multi-row printing is more accurate, and the characters are clearer.

V.Accessories
1. Some code: The code required by the GB5099-02 standard, including two sets of letters and numbers (8 or 10#). The typing content is provided by buyer, and the total number of characters does not exceed 200 pcs
