TQ-2/4 Gas cylinder leakage testing machine
I. Technical advantages of the equipment.
The machine is a pneumatic lifting type with double cylinders pneumatically positioned after the gas cylinder enters the lifting flange, which is suitable for gas tightness testing of different sizes of gas cylinders. Adopting side in and side out method, it can be used with gas cylinder production logistics line, which is smooth and convenient to operate. Equipped with residual air recovery system, it can greatly save high pressure compressed air and improve efficiency.

III. Structural composition.
The machine is mainly composed of water tank, hanging rail, lifting mechanism, residual gas recovery system, video monitoring, explosion-proof wall (made by the demand side) and other parts.
1.The machine is suitable for bore of cylinder bottleneck, and processing of radial facing, inside-hole, cylindrical turning as well as threading, which are realized by NC programming. 2.Single station device is adopted for input and output materials(semi-automatic); 3.The work piece clamping adopts the front top bowl positioning. |
Hydraulic system is a two-pump dual hydraulic system (piston pump and gear pump), and the two pumps can operate independently. 1. The fuselage is a steel plate welded structure, which requires good rigidity and stability. The fuselage weighs about 8 tons (excluding hydraulic system and loading and unloading systems). |
