1.1 Universal manipulator
The manipulator is specially designed for processing various shells. The 1st and 2nd axes are equipped with a mechanical gripper respectively. Compared with other products with the same purpose, it has 1. faster speed (due to the two-hand design, it takes half the time of other products with the same purpose), 2. more accurate positioning, because all 4 axes of this manipulator are servo-controlled, so it has fast running speed and high positioning accuracy. 3. High strength. The manipulator arm of this product is made of thickened (10mm) rectangular steel pipe after heat treatment. The structure is made of steel plate mortise and tenon process laser cutting. The product has higher impact resistance and deformation resistance, 4. Low cost of use and convenient maintenance.

Workflow description:
1. Start the universal manipulator, and the gear mechanism on the feeding conveyor line releases a product to the online positioning position.
2. Manipulator 1 extends to grab the product on the positioning point of the feeding conveyor line and returns to the set point, while axis 4 moves up and down.
3. Manipulator 2 extends to grab the product that has been processed in the processing equipment (the first time is empty grabbing) and returns to the set point, while axis 4 moves up and down.
4. The manipulator rotary axis rotates to the set position, manipulator 1 extends to load the material to the positioning point of the processing equipment, returns to the set point, and axis 4 moves up and down.
5. Manipulator 2 extends to the positioning point of the unloading conveyor line, the online support mechanism rises, manipulator 2 releases the product, manipulator 2 returns to the positioning point, and the online support mechanism drops the product and transports it to the next process. Complete the processing of a product.

1.7 Foot ring & collar welding machine
This machine consists of a frame, a rotary welding fixture, a collar(foot ring) rotary feeding mechanical arm, a collar(foot ring) conveyor line and a lifting mechanism. The rotary fixture and the rotary feeding mechanical arm rotary mechanism use special rotary bearings and servo motors. This machine adopts a fully enclosed design, which completely blocks the arc when welding products, and is also conducive to the centralized discharge of welding fumes in the production workshop.
The rotary disk and workstations of this machine are all connected by rotary bearings, making the equipment more durable and easy to maintain.

1.8 Circumferential welding machine
Description:
1. An automatic circumferential seam welding machine for LPG cylinders without welding positioning, including a feeding bracket and a circumferential seam welding machine, wherein the circumferential seam welding machine is provided with a machine base, a mounting bracket is provided on the machine base, a first screw mechanism is provided on the mounting bracket, and a second screw mechanism is provided on the first screw mechanism, a wire feeder and a welding mechanism are provided on one side of the second screw mechanism, respectively, a cylinder feeding conveyor is provided on the feeding bracket, and a transmission belt motor is also provided on the feeding bracket, and a clamping device bracket is provided on the feeding bracket. The utility model can eliminate the step of pre-spot welding two-point positioning of the cylinder circumferential seam without separation of the existing device. Since spot welding pre-welding will affect the defects such as slag inclusion during the welding of the cylinder circumferential seam, spot welding can avoid these problems, while saving human resources required for manual pre-spot welding positioning, and also improving production efficiency.
2. The equipment is equipped with a feeding manipulator, automatic discharging, laser tracking, German CLO0S400 automatic pulse welding power supply, automatic interception batching mechanism + logical material distribution system.
