1. Dual pneumatic torch feeding mechanism ensures synchronized twin-gun welding. Each torch can also be operated independently for single-side welding.
2. The spindle box and tailstock are precisely aligned to prevent product deviation during rotation and welding.
3. The integrated welded spindle-tailstock frame is CNC-machined after fabrication, ensuring structural stability and machining precision.
4. User-friendly control panel: Easy to operate, suitable for shop-floor workers. After clamping the workpiece, simply press one button to start.The tailstock and torch cylinders automatically reset after welding completion.
5. Adjustable torch movement in both vertical and horizontal directions with micro-adjustment for precise weld positioning.
