Operation Instructions:
Stack the sheet metal plates, manually pick up a plate and place it on the loading platform. Position it laterally. Manually push the sheet metal plate, and it will automatically feed for coiling. After coiling, it will automatically flow out.

Operation Instructions:
Manually place the coiled sheet metal plate on the loading rack. Step on the foot switch, and it will automatically convey for welding. After the welding is completed, it will automatically withdraw. Manually take down the barrel.
2. Flanging and expanding machine(Flanging & Standard Bead forming)
Manually place the welded barrel body on the conveying platform. Activate the switch with both hands, and the conveying platform will automatically transport the barrel body to the designated position of the equipment. The boxes on both sides will automatically feed forward. Once they reach the designated position, after the flanging and ribbing processes are completed, they will automatically retract. Then the conveying platform will output the barrel body, and the worker can manually remove the workpiece.

3. W Beading Machine (Multi currogation & W bead forming)
Manually place the barrel body with the flanging already completed on the material supporting rack of the equipment. Activate the switch with both hands. The material supporting rack will automatically lift the barrel body. The boxes at both ends will feed forward and automatically press down for rib rolling (while lifting and lowering simultaneously). After the rib rolling is completed, the supporting rack will lift up, the boxes will retract, the supporting rack will lower, and then the worker can manually remove the workpiece.

4. Steel drum assembly machine (Seaming Machine)
Manually place the barrel body with the rib rolling already completed on the feeding platform. Manually install the barrel bottom and the barrel cover. Activate the switch with both hands. The equipment, controlled by the numerical control PLC, will transport the barrel body to the working position of the equipment. Once the sensor detects the workpiece, it will automatically lift the barrel body. The boxes at both ends will feed forward and rotate automatically (while lifting and lowering simultaneously). The first wheel will seal the barrel, and the second wheel will shape it. After that, the rotation will stop, the lifting device will raise up, the boxes will retract, the feeding platform will automatically transport the barrel body, and then the worker can unload the workpiece.

5. Steel drum leak test machine
Manually place the barrel body with the sealing already completed on the positioning rack of the equipment. Activate the pneumatic switch to clamp the barrel body, and then it will automatically pressurize and inflate. The worker will conduct a leakage test. If the leakage test is qualified, the production of the 216L barrel is completed.
