Software functions
(1) Meet the requirements of GB/T 9252-2017 Gas Cylinder Pressure Cycle Test Method for normal temperature fatigue test equipment, and carry out normal temperature pressure cycle test of gas cylinders in accordance with GB/T 9252-2017 Gas Cylinder Pressure Cycle Test Method
(2) The software automatically, accurately and in real time displays, records and saves the pressure cycle waveform, number of pressure cycles, maximum cycle frequency, upper and lower limits of actual cycle pressure of each pressure cycle and corresponding time
(3) Monitor the temperature of the test medium and the outer surface of the test gas cylinder, and display it in real time on the industrial computer
(4) Realize fully automated remote control, without manual intervention during the test (5) Report with test curve


Equipment advantages:

2. The custom-made bayonet leak detection fixture is used to ensure that the bottle body and welds will not be subject to external stress during the pressure test and leak detection process of the cylinder, and meets the requirements of fire extinguisher leak detection specifications.

3. The control system has PLC programming control, real-time electrical contact pressure gauge control, pressure gauge display, leak detection time, and the leak detection time can be set according to specification requirements.
4. There are control panels on the left and right sides of the device. It is quick and easy for workers to use.
5. This equipment adopts 8-station and the 8 stations are 8 independent pipes. If a leak is found in one of the loops during the leak detection process, the loop can be closed separately, so that it will not affect the to the normal operation of other leak detection circuits. It ensures the pressure of the pipe and improves the work efficiency.
