At the same time, the gas cylinder expands under the test pressure, squeezing a part of the water in the water jacket into the measuring cup, so that the The amount of water increases, and the increased amount of water is the full deformation of the cylinder (automatically transmitted to the industrial computer). After the cylinder is depressurized, the elastic deformation disappears, so the water in the measuring cup returns to the water jacket, but the water in the measuring cup is still It is more than before the cylinder is pressurized. The extra water is the volume residual deformation of the cylinder (automatically transmitted to the industrial computer), and the ratio of the volume residual deformation to the total deformation is the volume residual deformation rate of the cylinder.
