2. Process
The welding machine is transported out of the waiting station, and the automatic weld seam finding, weld seam rolling, head and tail tongue cutting and barrel turning device is composed of 6 stations.
After the barrel frame reaches the designated position, it is grabbed by the double-sided clamping manipulator and sent to the next station by the transfer mechanism. The transfer mechanism is a reciprocating conveying form. It is sent to the automatic weld seam finding, weld seam rolling, head and tail tongue cutting stations by the transfer mechanism, and sent to the barrel turning device to flip to the conveying roller.
