Part 1: System Overview
This equipment is suitable for dry leak detection of steel drums. The system adopts PLC control, which is automatically controlled from the beginning of leak detection to the display of leak detection results.
The system adopts the vacuum box method to carry out helium mass spectrometry leak detection on the steel drum. The steel drum filled with helium is automatically sent into a vacuum box slightly larger than the workpiece.
The instrument detects the overall leak rate of the workpiece.
The system adopts the design scheme of double boxes, the lifting mechanism and the steel drum conveying mechanism operate smoothly, without impact or vibration, the overall operation is reliable, and the failure rate is low.

10. Automatic control
(1) The transmission mechanism, lifting mechanism and unqualified parts sorting mechanism are reliable;
(2) The test results are accurate and efficient;
(3) The transmission mechanism ensures that the workpiece is automatically transported to the station to be inspected and positioned automatically;
(4) After the workpiece enters the vacuum box, the chassis and the vacuum box are automatically sealed, the anti-falling device is automatically opened, and the leak detection procedure is automatically carried out.
(5) The vacuum box chassis and the vacuum box top pressing mechanism are designed to ensure that the steel drum does not deform during the detection process;
(6) The design of the vacuum system is reliable, the pumping speed is fast, the background is low, and the detection time of helium mass spectrometry is sufficient;
(7) After the inspection is completed, the workpiece is automatically moved out of the station to be inspected;
(8) When a large leak is indicated in the vacuum box, the device automatically starts the helium clearing function;
(9) After the inspection is completed, the inspected products are automatically taken out, and at the same time, the products to be inspected are automatically sent to the inspection station, the products that pass the helium inspection automatically flow to the qualified line, and the unqualified products are automatically sorted and flow to the designated position;
(10) The electrical components, pumps, valves, detection components, etc. of the equipment adopt international famous brand products with reliable quality;
(11) The system has a calibration function, which can automatically check the equipment;
(12) The system has a fault statistics function and can record the latest fault time;
11. Requirements for appearance
(1) The processing and manufacturing of each system of the equipment shall be carried out by manufacturers with relevant qualifications;
(2) The layout of each component in the system is reasonable, and each wearing part is easy to disassemble, replace and maintain;
12. Security control
(1) The equipment has complete and reliable safety protection facilities to avoid damage to equipment and personnel. When the main power supply suddenly loses power, the equipment should ensure that there is no damage;
(2) The electrical control system has various interlocking functions, and the protection function operates reliably. When the protection device operates, all the devices stop, and there is a fault alarm prompt;
(3) The leak detector has overheating, overcurrent, phase loss, power failure protection and alarm prompts;
(4) The equipment has a password protection function to prevent unrelated personnel from modifying parameters or manual operation;
(5) Vacuum pump unit overheating and overcurrent protection;
(6) Automatic protection alarm for vacuum valve action failure (feedback signal function);
(7) The opening and closing door of the vacuum box has a signal in place, no impact, and double safety protection;
(8) The equipment is equipped with a safety fence.When the fence door is opened, the system stops working immediately;
