Product Description

The template type hot spinning machine uses molds to extrude and heat the rotating work piece to shape it, and most of the machine has aspherical bottom or a dish-shaped bottom.

Forming process:
Tube blank preheating→feeding→clamping→spindle rotation→spinningprocessing→spindlestop→discharging.

On the mold where the template type spinning machine and the work piece are in direct contact, a traditional plate mold is used to extrude the work piece to deform the tube blank.

The way host spindle chuck clamping: Did not appear the axial sliding after clamping , clamping force can be adjusted according to the need. Clamping force ≤180KN.

Hydraulic station: molding-bottom device. scraping- bottom device ,sliding-table and chuck device adopt independent hydraulic system. Tank cooling use heat transfer.

Electric control parts adopt famous brand products The frequency converter and PLC are adopted in the corresponding products of Delta Electronics.

The swing mould to form bottom and neck have water cooling device.

The sliding table with scraper (mould) have thickening function .the scraper can run more than once at horizontal and vertical on the basis of setting parameters in the touch screen at any time.

Location mode of workpiece adopts the back of the positioning for product conformance The positioning length can be manually adjusted according to the requirements .

By replacement of the tooling, mould and adjusting the process parameters, can be quickly implemented different specification products.

That machine is for bottom forming and bottom pushing. If you want to save cost, you can also use the machine to form the mouth when you change the moulds.
