The HLT-500 series is a wireless intelligent controlled all-position automatic welding robot. The pipe is fixed and the welding car rotates around the pipe, thereby realizing the method of welding the pipe in all positions (flat, vertical, upward and horizontal). It consists of a welding trolley, welding machine, automatic wire feeder, wireless control system, special welding gun, welding accessories, optional guide rails, etc. The welding process is controlled by a handheld wireless remote control and is less restricted by human factors. It can significantly improve the welding quality and efficiency and reduce the labor intensity of the operator. It has practical application value in secondary prefabricated welding joints and on-site fixed joint welding in construction projects.
•All-position welding method, especially suitable for automatic welding of pipe fixed openings. The machine is easy to carry and easy to operate.
•Pipe diameter >150mm can be welded
•Preset welding parameters through wireless remote control, and fine-tune welding parameters in real time according to working conditions during welding work
•Using permanent magnet adsorption, which facilitates on-site operations and eliminates the tedious process of erecting tracks. For pipes with anti-corrosion layer/insulation layer or other materials or larger diameters, steel guide rails are optional
•Gas shielded welding using CO2 gas or mixed gas (Ar+CO2) is equipped with a welding expert data management system, which is convenient for welding operators to call directly and is easy to learn; welding operators can also customize, modify, store, and call welding parameters
•The welding trolley can go around the pipe and has a "mirror" switching function, which facilitates a friendly operation interface with remote control direction keys.
•Four-axis (optional six-axis, model: HLT-500p+) motion automatic control system, the welding car can move forward/backwards. The welding torch can swing up/down, left/right, and rotate 360°(the six-axis has added pendulum and tilt functions, and the pendulum can be adjusted accordingly)
•One-touch activation of "arc starting" function
•With fast return function
•The welding seam has beautiful appearance, good welding quality, and meets the requirements of radiographic flaw detection.
•Some models have the function of automatic welding + cutting machine
