In order to better solve the problem of dirty appearance of cylinders, automatic cylinder cleaning machines came into being. The automatic cylinder cleaning machine can clean the liquefied gas cylinders, effectively avoid the erosion of oil on the cylinders, reduce personnel costs, and improve cleaning efficiency, thereby ensuring the high performance, high reliability and long life of the liquefied gas cylinders, and further establish a good corporate image.
The gas cylinder is transported to the pre spray system through a chain, and the system automatically sprays detergent onto the cylinder body to soften the stains on the cylinder. Then enter the cylinder body cleaning system, the bottle holding device automatically holds the cylinder and rotates, while the brush automatically runs to clean the cylinder body. The top brush extends into the protective cover through the lifting mechanism and rotates for cleaning. At the same time, clean water automatically flushes the cleaning area. After cleaning, the air knife blows away the water droplets on the steel cylinder body. The water tank and reservoir have filter screens, and the filtered water can be reused. The sewage can be treated by sewage treatment equipment before being discharged.
