Hydraulic decoiler
- Structure
This machine is a single-head cantilever hydraulic expansion and contraction decoiler, which is composed of a main shaft part and a transmission part.
- The main shaft part is the core part of the machine. Its four blocks are connected to the slidingsleeve through T-shaped inclined blocks and are simultaneously sleeved on the hollow main shaft. The core is connected to the sliding sleeve. The oil cylinder controls the movement of the mandrel to achieve four The fan block expands and contracts at the same time. When the fan block is contracted, it is beneficial to roll up, and when the fan block is opened, the steel coil is tightened to complete the unwinding.
- The pressure roller part is located behind the uncoiler. The pressure arm can drive the cantilever to press down and pick up under the control of the oil cylinder. When feeding, press down the cantilever pressure roller to press the steel coil, which can prevent loose coils and facilitatefeeding.
- The transmission part is located outside the frame, and the main shaft of the uncoiler is driven to rotate by the motor and the reducer through the gear, which can also realize the positive and negative uncoil and rewind.
Hydraulic Up-Coil cart
- Structure
It is mainly composed of a car disc, a cylinder seat, an oil cylinder and walking system. When working, put the steel plate on the top of the oil cylinder at the position of the trolley tray. The oil cylinder lifts the steel plate to the height of the decoiler. The motor started to move to the center of the decoiler. The decoiler tightens the steel coil and the loading car rolls along the track. Return to the feeding area.

Leveling roller: The material of the leveling roller is 40cr, after quenching and tempering, quenching and grinding, the surfac hardness reaches HRC58-62, and the surface finish is Ra1.6mm. The upper row of work rolls are vertically raised and lowere by motor drive.
The bearing of the work roll adopts rolling bearing, which has large bearing capacity and long service life.
The main force system: the motor is centrally driven, driven by the universal coupling of the reducer transmission box.
Hydraulic system
It consists of a hydraulic station, composed of solenoid valves and oil pump motors, which are used for each part of the oil cylinder to complete their respective actions.
Electronic control system:
This production line uses 380V, 50HZ power frequency power supply, and all equipment of the production line is controlled by the control cabinet.
- The main control system is composed of frequency converter, PLC and other components. After precise calculation by PLC, the frequency conversion motor completes the fixed length. The system has high speed and high precision.

3.Expanding machine
The drum will be loaded to the machine automatically through conveyor, the machine will automatically check the drum body and lift it to a suitable places, then the carriage plate will move forward,the drum body will be expanded, then automatically lift down, the carriage plate will automaticallymove back(whenthe carriage plate is back, the machine decompression will be loading state, which will save energy). The drum body will go down and be unloaded on the conveyor.
