Product Description
GZM-300KMS filling machine is an explosion-proof filling machine suitable for the working environment of
petrochemical, pharmaceutical, food and other enterprises. It adopts liquid surface filling method
and is suitable for various liquid materials. The uniquely designed spray gun device is easy to operate, and
the pouring is fast and accurate; and it can ensure the dripping of the residual liquid to the greatest extent
when the pouring is completed. During operation, the operator only needs to align the mouth of the barrel
directly under the nozzle of the spray gun, press the [Start] button on the handle, the spray gun will be
automatically inserted into the barrel, and the empty barrel will be automatically peeled. Then open the
filling valve for precise two-speed filling; after filling, the spray gun is automatically lifted out of the barrel,
the drip tray is automatically connected to the bottom of the spray gun, and the barrel is pushed out of the
weighing table manually to the rear end of the conveyor to complete the process. It is widely used in the
production workshop and warehouse management of food processing and pharmaceutical industries; the
production process control of paint and fine chemical raw materials in the chemical industry and the
measurement of finished and semi-finished products.
