Plate material bending machine The machine is composed of two 300-ton bending machines, and the two machines are linked to realize synchronous work. A single machine is composed of a workbench slider and left and right wall panels. Due to the transportation of the equipment, the wall panels adopt an assembled structure, and the frame has sufficient rigidity. The two oil cylinders are respectively installed on the left and right wall panels. Under the action of the electrical operating system, the hydraulic system drives the slider to go down. The upper die is installed on the slider. When the upper and lower die contact the workpiece, the system boosts the pressure to shape the workpiece. Different molds can get different shapes of workpieces under different bending methods. The quality is stable and reliable.
Tube bending machine   The machine is composed of a main board and a bending mold, with two sets of molds. The straight mold is drawn by the motor reducer, and the steel pole pressed on the round mold is bent along the arc surface. It is simple to operate, does not require heating and fillers, and is economical. Compared with the large-scale tube bender in this industry, it has the same effect as the large tube bender. The necessary equipment for steel pole manufacturers.
Steel straightening machine   The device has a simple and compact structure, convenient and reliable. In specific operations, the steel pole can be manually placed on the press mold, and the hand-held button box is held by the worker to press the type. The straightness of the steel pole is controlled by manual visual inspection, and the efficiency is high.
