Audited Supplier The HLT-500 series is a wireless intelligent controlled all-position automatic welding robot. The pipe is fixed and the welding car rotates around the pipe, thereby realizing the method of welding the pipe in all positions (flat, vertical, upward and horizontal). It consists of a welding trolley, welding machine, automatic wire feeder, wireless control system, special welding gun, welding accessories, optional guide rails, etc. The welding process is controlled by a handheld wireless remote control and is less restricted by human factors. It can significantly improve the welding quality and efficiency and reduce the labor intensity of the operator. It has practical application value in secondary prefabricated welding joints and on-site fixed joint welding in construction projects.
