This machine is suitable for pressing of various plastic materials, such as stamping, bending, flanging, etc. It can also be engaged in calibration, press fitting, grinding wheel forming, pressing and forming of plastic products and powder products.

This machine has an independent power mechanism and electrical system, and adopts button centralized control. The action is controlled by PLC, which can realize two operation methods: adjustment (jog) and work (semi-automatic).

 

The working pressure and stroke range of the machine can be adjusted according to the needs of the process.

Main Structure

The machine consists of two parts, the main engine and the control mechanism, which are connected by pipelines and electrical devices to form a whole. The main engine part includes the fuselage, the master cylinder, and the stroke limiting device. The control mechanism includes a hydraulic pump station (power system) and an electrical box. The structure and function of each part are described as follows:

1. Machine Body It is composed of upper beam, worktable, tension slider, blank holder, column, locking nut and adjusting nut, etc. 2. Master cylinder The master cylinder is a piston cylinder, and the cylinder body is fastened in the upper beam by means of the cylinder port shoulder and the large lock nut.
3. Binder cylinder The blank holder cylinders are installed around the main cylinder, and the number is six.
4. Console The console can be moved freely within a certain range, and the box surface is equipped with buttons, time relays, etc. 5. Travel limit device The travel limit device is located on the right side of the fuselage, and consists of a bracket, a collision block, a proximity switch, etc. The running position of the slider can be adjusted by adjusting the position of the proximity switch.
6. Hydraulic pump station (power system) The main hydraulic power unit is arranged on the right side of the hydraulic press. The power mechanism is composed of a fuel tank, a high-pressure pump, an electric motor, and a valve group.

To adjust the machine and the mold, the specific actions are as follows:
1. Slider pressing: Press the slider pressing button and the slider will go down slowly until it reaches the set pressure. stop at force or set position.
2. Slider return: press the slider return button, the slider will first release the pressure and then return, and reach the set point. Stop at the upper limit or upper limit position.
3. Press the side holder cylinder: press the side holder press button, and the side holder cylinder goes down slowly until reaching the Stop at set pressure or set position.
4. Back stroke of the side blanking cylinder: press the side blanking cylinder return button, the side blanking cylinder first releases the pressure and then returns, It stops when it reaches the set upper limit or upper limit position.
5. Auxiliary cylinder ejection: same as hydraulic pad ejection
6. Auxiliary cylinder return: same as hydraulic pad return.

Die rolds

The size of the mold is determined according to the drawings of the tank you want to produce.

The service life of the mold is about 160,000 times.
The material of the pressing plate is Cr12, including three components, blank holder, punching head and die ring.
