6. Structural design:
1) The upper electrode adopts air pressure and vertical movement to press the workpiece for welding.
2) The minimum diameter of the vertical type can be welded is 360mm, and the maximum diameter is 600mm.
3) Equipped with a material rack with rollers, it can be connected with the seam welding machine to produce in flow form.
4) Equipped with lap width limiting device, the lap width of weld seam is 4~5mm.

6. Structural design:
1) The upper electrode is pressurized by air pressure and vertically moves to press the workpiece for welding.
2) Adopt vertical welding, the minimum diameter of welding is 400mm and the maximum diameter is 600mm.
3) The upper and lower welding wheels are dual-driven, and the toothed correction wheel is used to press the outer circle of the welding wheel, which not only drives the welding wheel to rotate, but also automatically removes the burr and welding slag on the outer circle of the welding wheel.
4) It is equipped with a material rack with rollers, which can be connected with the spot welding machine for production in the form of flow.
5) The welding seam adopts lap joint flattening seam welding, and the lap width is 4-5mm.
6) Three-phase frequency conversion controller is adopted, three power lines enter the welding machine, and the three-phase power grid is balanced, saving electricity and having a high power factor.
7) Equipped with a built-in adjustable cylinder, when the upper and lower welding wheels are worn and the distance between the two wheels increases, the upper welding wheel can be lowered to the required distance.
8) The whole machine adopts internal cooling. All conductors of the transformer circuit have cooling water channels. The cooling water inlet and outlet of the upper and lower conductive shafts are connected by rotary joints, which is not easy to leak.
9) The transmission shaft of the correction wheel adopts a bearing structure.
10) Equipped with low cooling water alarm and automatic shutdown function.
11) The controller has self-diagnosis and automatic protection functions, such as over-current, overheating, under-current, etc. It will automatically stop and prompt for faults.
